ART CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
Up Close Gallery at Phoenix Film Revival

This Consignment Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms under which the undersigned artist (“Artist”) consigns artwork for exhibition and potential sale at Up Close Gallery, operated by Phoenix Film Revival (“Gallery”).

1. Duration of Consignment
The consignment period will begin on April 3rd, 2026 and end on June 5th, 2026. All artwork must be delivered and installed prior to the exhibition start date and must be removed on the scheduled takedown date.

If the Artist is unavailable for removal, the Gallery may remove and store the artwork for up to two (2) weeks. Artwork remaining unclaimed for more than six (6) months after the end of the exhibition will be considered abandoned.

2. Sales and Commission
All artwork prices are set by the Artist and must remain consistent for the duration of the exhibition.

All sales are split 70% to the Artist and 30% to the Gallery, calculated on the retail price of the artwork after sales tax and transaction processing fees are applied.

Payment to the Artist will be made within two (2) weeks following the close of the exhibition. If total sales exceed $600 in a calendar year, a 1099 form may be issued.

3. Liability
The Gallery is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to artwork. Artists are encouraged to insure their work independently.

4. Promotion
The Gallery may use images of the artwork for promotional purposes. Copyright remains with the Artist.

5. Installation and Removal
Artwork must arrive framed, wired, and ready to hang.

6. Availability for Sale
All artwork must be available for sale unless approved in writing as Not For Sale.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

8. Artist Warranty
The Artist warrants that all artwork is original and contains no AI-generated imagery.
